This Privacy Policy explains how Injury Care (“Injury Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates www.injurycar-e.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, and shares information about you.
Who We Are
Injury Care is an attorney advertising and matching service. We are not a law firm, we are not a lawyer referral service, and we do not provide legal advice. We connect consumers who have been involved in accidents with independent participating attorneys and law firms, and with HQ Intake, a personal injury advisor, and/or one of our Marketing Partners. Information you submit to us is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you complete our form we collect your answers about your accident (for example, whether you were at fault, whether you were injured, whether you already have an attorney, and the type of accident) and your contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number, state, and ZIP code.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and campaign information in the link you used (such as UTM, gclid, and fbclid parameters). We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and may use advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising.
Consent records. We use a third-party service, TrustedForm by ActiveProspect, which records your interaction with our form so that your consent to be contacted can be independently verified. We also store the exact consent wording you agreed to, its version, and the date and time you submitted the form.
How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with independent participating attorneys, HQ Intake, a personal injury advisor, and/or our Marketing Partners who may be able to help with your accident claim;
- To contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry, as described in the consent you provide;
- To verify and keep records of your consent, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations;
- To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and measure our advertising.
How We Share Your Information
When you submit the form, we share the information you provide, together with the related consent record, with:
- HQ Intake, a personal injury advisor, and independent participating attorneys and law firms;
- The companies listed on our Marketing Partners page;
- Service providers that help us run the Site, such as hosting, analytics, lead management, and consent-verification (TrustedForm) providers;
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or others.
Participating attorneys and Marketing Partners use your information under their own privacy policies. We may receive payment from them for advertising and for the information you submit.
Calls, Texts, and Emails
If you consent, you may be contacted using automated dialing systems, prerecorded calls, and artificial voice messages, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Your consent is not required to purchase any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke your consent at any time by any reasonable means — for example, by replying STOP to a text message, asking the caller to stop, or calling us at +1 (407) 374-8930. Companies you were already connected with keep their own do-not-contact lists, so you may also need to ask them directly.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request a copy, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information or its use for targeted advertising. Sharing your information with participating attorneys and Marketing Partners may be considered a “sale” under some state laws.
California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), geolocation at the state and ZIP code level, internet activity information, and information about your accident from the sources described above, for the purposes described above. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Data Retention and Security
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, accounting, and consent-record requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
