Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InjuryCar-e.com (the "Site"), operated by Alpine Adverts LLC ("Company," "InjuryCar-e," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About InjuryCar-e

InjuryCar-e provides an online advertising and lead-generation platform through which individuals seeking information regarding potential motor vehicle accident claims may be connected with independent attorneys, law firms, or legal service providers ("Third-Party Legal Professionals").

Some Third-Party Legal Professionals may pay advertising, marketing, lead-generation, or other fees in connection with participation in our services.

2. Not a Law Firm or Lawyer Referral Service

InjuryCar-e is not a law firm and not a lawyer referral service.

We do not practice law, provide legal advice, determine the value of claims, establish attorney-client relationships, or make legal decisions on behalf of users.

Information available through the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, business, tax, or other professional advice.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your use of the Site, submission of information, or communication through our call connection or other services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and InjuryCar-e or between you and any participating attorney or law firm.

An attorney-client relationship is established only when you and an attorney separately agree to representation.

4. Participating Attorneys and Advertising

Third-Party Legal Professionals accessible through the Site are independent from InjuryCar-e.

Participation by an attorney or law firm may constitute paid advertising. InjuryCar-e does not endorse, recommend, warrant, or guarantee any particular attorney, law firm, legal service, or legal outcome.

You are responsible for deciding whether to retain any attorney and should independently evaluate any legal professional before entering into a representation agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Representation or Results

Submitting information through the Site does not guarantee that an attorney will accept or evaluate your case.

Every legal matter is different, and results depend upon the facts, evidence, applicable laws, jurisdiction, and other circumstances.

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Hiring an attorney is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertising.

6. Information You Submit

You agree that information you provide through the Site will be accurate and submitted in good faith.

By submitting information, you authorize us to process and share it as described in our Privacy Policy and the disclosures presented when you submit the information.

Information may be shared with participating attorneys, law firms, legal service providers, marketing partners, technology providers, and service providers as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and operate our services.

7. Calls and Text Messages

When you provide a telephone number and give the applicable consent, you authorize communications as described in the consent disclosure presented at the time you submit your information.

Calls or text messages may be made by InjuryCar-e and/or the parties identified in that disclosure using technologies permitted by applicable law and your consent.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Text-message recipients may opt out by replying STOP.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information.

9. Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content, branding, graphics, text, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to InjuryCar-e and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or unrestricted rights to Site content.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may provide access or links to independent third-party websites, attorneys, law firms, service providers, or other resources.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, representations, privacy practices, or conduct.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, secure, or that use of the Site will result in legal representation, recovery, settlement, or any particular outcome.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InjuryCar-e and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], together with their owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or interactions with independent Third-Party Legal Professionals.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless InjuryCar-e, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], and their affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims or losses resulting from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of [STATE OF FORMATION / GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any applicable venue or dispute-resolution provisions should be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms
