These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.injurycar-e.com (the “Site”), operated by Injury Care (“Injury Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Service

The Site is an attorney advertising and matching service paid for by participating attorneys. Injury Care is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service, and does not provide legal advice. We do not represent clients, handle cases, or negotiate with insurance companies. We connect consumers with independent participating attorneys and law firms, and with HQ Intake, a personal injury advisor, and/or one of our Marketing Partners. The appearance or participation of any attorney does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Injury Care.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using the Site, submitting the form, or speaking with anyone as a result does not create an attorney-client relationship with Injury Care or with any participating attorney. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a separate written agreement between you and the attorney you choose to hire. Information you submit through the Site is not confidential or privileged.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Every case is different, and outcomes depend on the specific facts and the applicable law. We make no promise that you will be contacted by, matched with, or represented by an attorney, or about the result of any claim. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Hiring an attorney is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertising.

4. Fees

Injury Care is free for you to use. Participating attorneys are independent and set their own fees and terms. Many personal injury attorneys work on a contingency-fee basis, but you should confirm all fee terms directly with any attorney before hiring them.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By checking the consent box and clicking “Submit,” you give your express written consent, via your electronic signature, to receive calls, emails, and text messages regarding your inquiry from HQ Intake, a personal injury advisor, and/or one of our Marketing Partners, as described in the disclosure displayed next to the form, including by automated dialing systems, prerecorded calls, and artificial voice messages, even if your number is on any state, federal, or corporate Do Not Call list. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time through any reasonable means, including by replying STOP to a text message or calling +1 (407) 374-8930.

6. Your Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself, and to submit only a phone number and email address that belong to you. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false or automated requests, or interfere with its operation.

7. Third Parties

Participating attorneys, HQ Intake, and our Marketing Partners are independent of Injury Care. We are not responsible for their advice, services, acts, or omissions, or for any websites or content they control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site’s content, design, and the Injury Care name and logo are owned by or licensed to Injury Care and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” for general informational purposes only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Injury Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any dealings with a participating attorney or Marketing Partner.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
